Well yesterday went well, we got Joan's hair cut and got some shopping done for her. Because of the shape of her back we have had a very hard time finding under clothes that fit. Yesterday we were looking for bras, who designs these for us women? For the last 4 years I've had the hardest time finding a bra that Joan would even consider wearing, and then we had to make alteration to the bra. We found two yesterday, and today I've got to measure and custom fit them for her. Drives me crazy, and part of it is that here in Alamogordo, our choice of stores is extremely limited.
And of course her personal preference plays a big part in what will work. I know I have a hard time finding a bra for myself, I don't want an underwire, padding, pushup or any of that stuff, I just want a bra that fits and is comfortable to wear all day long.

The heat was ferocious yesterday, John said it got up to 110 degrees where he was on White Sands Missile Range. I'm still suffering from being out in it! We never get temperatures like this. The desert is so dry, big old Jack rabbits are coming into my yard looking for water and relief from the heat.

Joan and I go to the foot doctor tomorrow and have lunch with one of her friends, and its suppose to be hot again. 103 is what they are calling for today! Glad I don't have to go anywhere!
